Step 1 - Book Your No-Sweat Intro
No commitments from you, no sales from us. Just an informal information session to meet with a coach, see the facility, and chat about your goals for the future and how we can help you reach them.
Step 2 - Start with 1-on-1 Training
You'll start with three personal training sessions planned around your schedule to ensure you feel confident and proficient with the movements used in our group classes.
Prefer continued 1-on-1 attention? No problem! Many people choose to stay with personal training or combine it with group class to see even faster results.
Step 3 - Choose Your Own Adventure
After you finish your 1-on-1 sessions, you'll have the option to continue with personal training or join group classes (or a blend of the two.)
In group class, you'll continue to apply the movements you learned in your 1-on-1 sessions, layering them together in fun and effective workouts while connecting with our other awesome members.
Step 4 - Think Big Picture
Maybe you've been at it for a few weeks and you're feeling stuck, or you want the most impactful results right from the start. Health isn't one dimensional. Exercise is wonderful, but it's only one piece of the puzzle.
Supplement with our YogaWOD classes to increase mobility and speed up recovery time, book a skill session with one of our trainers, or work 1-on-1 with a Nutrition Coach to get customized meal plans and accountability to keep you on track.
We offer a test-out option for those with prior CrossFit experience. If you can demonstrate proficiency in the basics for us, you're welcome to go straight to group class. Book a No-Sweat Intro above to learn more about this option or contact us to schedule your test out!
