Nutrition is the single most important thing you can do for your body. 

It is, literally, the fuel that your body needs to run. We always tell people that you can come to the gym every day if you want, but if you’re not paying attention to nutrition, you’re rowing a boat with one oar.

Put the fuel that your body needs into your body and it will work better. Don’t put harmful things in the tank (at least not often) and it will run more smoothly.


What is the Food Matters Challenge?

A four week nutrition challenge that begins January 7th, 2019.

You will not only learn about the matters of food, but also how much food matters in your daily life.

There are no specific "diets" involved - just balanced and nutritious meals to help you fuel your body right. 


Why should I participate?

To learn that you are in charge of what you put in your body.

Participating in the Food Matters Challenge is a promise to yourself. A promise to take care of your body as it transports you through your everyday life and fuels you through everything you ask of it, day in and day out. 

Whether you already consider yourself "healthy" or you have struggled through trying different ways to lose weight and feel better, but never found something that works, join us. Everyone will learn something new about themselves and their bodies.

You do NOT have to be a member at Holy City CrossFit to join the challenge - all are welcome.

Want to step it up a notch? We're offering a combo deal for new members - four weeks of group fitness classes (two weeks of On-Ramp and two weeks of regular group class) that run concurrently with the challenge.
