CrossFit is defined as “Constantly varied functional movement performed at high intensity”. What that means in English is, our trained coaches will make sure that in every class you will get a great mix of strength, core, cardio, and even some light gymnastics.

For those of you who like a little more rhythm and music with your workouts, our Flaunt Fitness Instructor Sarah will put you through some routines that will take you from the gym floor to the dance floor.
