On-Ramp

For new athletes, those curious about CrossFit, and veteran CrossFitters that want to focus on foundational movement, we offer regularly scheduled group classes on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings. What are you waiting for? Get started!

Personal Training

For athletes who want a 1-on-1 experience, or for small groups, we offer personal training by appointment. We'll pair you with a coach that's aligned with your goals, and they'll design a program tailored specifically to you. Contact us to set up your personal training class today!

With a multidisciplinary approach to health and wellness, In The Box PT combines therapeutic exercise, cross-functional fitness, mobility, and hands-on treatments. Whether you are on the road to recovery or are looking into proactive injury prevention and maintenance therapy, In The Box PT will support you in pursuing the healthy body and healthy mind that will help you live your healthiest life.
