What To Expect in Our On-Ramp Classes

SIX CLASSES

On-Ramp is a series of 6 classes over a period of 2 weeks in which you will learn the foundational movements needed to safely and effectively perform CrossFit workouts in group class.

PACING

Our On-Ramp program is designed to go over the basic movements in a slower and more detail-oriented pace than normal CrossFit classes.

BE OPEN

Our On-Ramp format gives you more instructional time and personal attention in the initial learning period.  Come open minded. You’ll be learning new things and meeting new people!

PRACTICE

After the 2-week course, you’ll be able to attend group classes for an additional 2 weeks to try out everything you’ve learned.

MAKING IT OFFICIAL

At the end of the 4 weeks, you’ll have the option to sign up for any membership tier you’d like. If you decide CrossFit isn’t your thing, no hard feelings! We know it isn’t for everyone. There are no contracts or commitments.

The Best Hour of Your Day

Holy City On-Ramp starts every Monday! On-Ramp classes are one hour, and follow the same general structure as a regular group CrossFit classes. 

On-Ramp classes are held at 6:30pm on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings. Here's a basic outline of what you can expect in class: 

6:30 – 6:40 Group Warmup
6:40 – 7:10 Movement Instruction
7:10 – 7:20 Workout
7:20 – 7:30 Cool Down / Stretch / Concepts Discussions

Small Group On-Ramp & Personal Training

Our group On-Ramp classes are a lot of fun, and we encourage you to join them if possible - but if your schedule doesn't work with our set On-Ramp class times, That's ok! 

Schedule Small Group On-Ramp
Gather a group of friends, co-workers, or strangers (you'll be friends by the end, we promise!) and schedule your very own On-Ramp. We'll set you up with an experienced coach and make sure you get the full On-Ramp experience! 

Opt For Personal Training
Maybe its been awhile since you've worked out, maybe you're a bit shy or maybe you just prefer 1-on-1 time starting out. That's ok. We've been there.

You'll book four personal training sessions with one of our experienced coaches, who will take you through the movements and skills to get you comfortable to join group class.
