At Holy City CrossFit, we believe fitness is not one-dimensional. Stretching, loosening, and lengthening are all pieces of the puzzle, and essential for recovery.
Join us for yoga every Wednesday evening at 7pm and Saturday morning at 10am with our amazing yoga instructor, Jessie Ray.
On Wednesday evenings, we have a Restorative Flow class. This is an all-levels, slow paced flow class, focused on stretching and muscle restoration & recovery from your neck to your toes!
On Saturday mornings, we have a Weekend Wake-Up class. Prepare to lengthen, strengthen, and stretch! This all-levels power yoga class will flow through a juicy warm-up, an invigorating power sequence, and end on a high note with deep stretching.
If you're just visiting and want to drop-in for a good stretch session, you can purchase a single drop-in pass for any of our regularly scheduled yoga classes.
If you're not sure you can make yoga regularly, but you'd like to fit it in when you can, we offer a 10-class punchcard that is valid for 6 months from date of purchase.

Please note that Holy City CrossFit drop-in passes are not valid for yoga classes. A separate drop-in pass must be purchased for each class you would like to attend.
